Assignments
Offshore Outsourcing
The work that you send is completed by independent contractors from our pre-qualified company database. They are not classified as full time or dedicated employees of your organization. Relationships and work delegation occur through us rather than directly to team members.
Offshore Staff Leasing
The contract is between ADDMORE Outsourcing and your company, the team are engaged as a dedicated remote workforce for your business only. The offshore team is essentially an extension of your company’s staff that you can directly manage via a dedicated account manager.
Project-Based Outsourcing
The work that you send is also completed by team members from our company. One project manager is assigned to the team and bears responsibility for communicating with the team and the client.

Offshore Outsourcing
This involves the hiring of a workforce to undertake a specific singular task within a process chain. While these duties might be tedious, repetitive, and time consuming, they are critical because they contribute to increased productivity by optimizing overall business operations. Offshore Staff Leasing
This involves assigning more complex functions and more engaged work to a dedicated team from the Philippines. Project-Based Outsourcing
The scope, deadline, and requirements of the project are well defined and documented. The most appropriate option for companies with irregular, one-off, and piliot projects of low to medium complexity.
Involvement
Offshore Outsourcing
We will conduct recruitment if required and process the interviews up to the engagement of the team member. Since some outsourced tasks do not require in-house knowledge of your core business operations, there is no need for you to fully integrate the outsourced staff to your company. It is us who will supervise the team, provide training and conduct performance management processes.
Offshore Staff Leasing
You retain complete control over the hiring and eventual selection of candidates. This includes communicating your precise requirements to us, interviewing and hiring the most suitable candidates.
You are also directly responsible for coordinating with the team with an account manager to ensure that their work meets your corporate standards. It is expected that new members of your offshore team will undertake an onboarding process that clarifies your company’s culture, objectives, and processes, ensuring that they are fully aligned with your business objectives.
Project-Based Outsourcing
We will form the team, carry out project management, and implement quality control.
